HIGH SCHOOL

As a 5’6 120 Lb Sophomore in High School, Steve D would have to be smarter, and more skilled than every player he faced. In a basketball world that continually told him he had no chance of success, he took matters in to his own hands. At 14 years old, Dags began tailoring workouts focused on having unlimited shooting range, and indefensible ball handling technique. As Dags’ success grew, so did his workouts. He began adding in new dimensions. He expanded the workouts to focus on playmaking ability and creating hundreds of options for finishing around the basket. By the time his senior season was over, Dags averaged over 21 pts and 5 assists per game, played on the Nike Sponsored Elite AAU squad and was a consensus 1st Team All-Area Pick.Dagostino knew that in order to reach his Basketball Dreams he would have to be smarter, and more skilled than every player he faced.
