League Registration

New Player-complete the registration form below labled “Online Registration Form-new” and hit the Submit button to send it to the commissioner.  No payment is necessary unless you are eligible for the current draft.

Returning Player-complete the registration form below labled “Online Registration From-new” and hit the Submit button.  The registration fee for the current season is $300 with $150 due at the time of registration and $150 to be paid at midseason.  

The form labeled “Online Registration form” is a template only for administrative use and should not be used for player registration

    Payment Information

         If you are unable to complete the registration on-line you may print the form or request a form by contacting the Commissioner or the Director of Communications.  Their contact information is on the website on the “Contact” heading.  The hard copy form can be mailed to the address listed below for payments

    At this time all payments must be made by check.  Forms of electronic payment will be available in the future.  Checks should be payable to CSBL. Mail checks to:
