Tryouts for all new players will be conducted this Saturday, September 11 at Lishakill Middle School beginning at 9:00 am. New players will play pickup games which are observed by team captains and league officials to obtain an estimate of their skill level compared to current players in the league. This is used by captains when drafting players and for determining appropriate substitute players when needed.
The gym will be open for pickup games for returning league players following the tryout period. Colonie division draft will occur on Saturday afternoon. Albany division draft will occur early next week. Captains will call players after the competition of the draft with team and schedule information. Team rosters and schedules will be posted on the website.
All players must be registered and fully paid by noon on Saturday to be eligible for the draft.
